ARG Named Top Workplace Winner by The Washington Post for 5th Consecutive Year

ARG is honored to have been named a Top Workplace winner by The Washington Post for the fifth year in a row. Fewer than 30 companies in the entire Washington DC metropolitan area have achieved Top Workplace recognition for five consecutive years. The Top Workplace award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

“We are so proud to be able to maintain such a high level of employee engagement during a time of rapid growth,” stated Greg Praske, founder and CEO of ARG. “As a technology consultant, retaining top talent is a priority. Our best employee retention program is maintaining our culture of mutual respect. We strive to respect each other, our clients and our business partners and in doing so, drive superior outcomes for all.”

Darryl Senese, General Manager of ARG’s newly acquired Northeast practice, said, “We’re excited to become a part of ARG’s award-winning culture. We are approaching our integration efforts with a high degree of trust and confidence. The Washington Post Top Workplace award simply reaffirms our belief that ARG is the best of the best in the technology space.”

“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” said Claffey. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
