Association Resource Group, Inc. (ARG) announced today the acquisition of a technology consulting practice serving the Northeast region of the United States. The practice, and seven industry veterans, was acquired from Carousel Industries and includes a client base of 500 businesses concentrated from New York to Maine. This addition brings the total number of clients served by ARG to 4,000. The Northeast practice will immediately adopt the ARG name.
ARG transforms IT procurement for their clients by leveraging its industry experts along with a portfolio of over 300 service providers to streamline technology adoption. The compelling procurement model combined with white glove support led to 11% market share in the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia region where ARG is headquartered.
