ARG Welcomes New Senior Technology Advisor, John Cooper
ARG is excited to introduce 15-year industry veteran, John Cooper, as our newest Senior Technology Advisor. John comes to us from a magic quadrant market leader and is excited at the opportunity ARG presents for him to expand his IT acumen. He worked tangentially with ARG at his previous employer, where he saw firsthand how ARG builds strong relationships grounded in service excellence and results clients can count on to help propel their business forward. “ARG’s value realization process ensures that clients actually experience the value that they invested in,” said John. “No one else is following up to ensure that clients leverage products to the fullest and gain user adoption,” he commented, “This is a huge differentiator in the marketplace.”
John strives to look at projects from the client viewpoint. In doing so, he takes a measured, requirements-based approach to ensure that solutions align with his clients’ goals and internal processes. He is excited to be able to pick and choose from the entire market for each clients’ specific requirements.

The cloud-based solution fully integrated into their line of business tools powered by Microsoft and reduced overall costs by 38%. The advanced automation delivered by the CCaaS solution helped drive new efficiencies and improve their client experience.
