August 16, 2021 – ARG is pleased to announce the promotion of Kara Semon to Vice President of Client Experience. This move adds depth to the executive team in support of ARG’s three-pronged growth strategy, which includes expanding relationships with existing clients by helping them make thoughtful technology decisions, attracting new clients nationwide through innovative business development efforts, and identifying additional acquisition targets and investment opportunities.

Our client’s experience is heavily influenced by Kara’s team and reflected in ARG’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) that exceeds those of USAA, Apple, and Costco. “Kara has spent her entire career in client experience. She doesn’t just get the job done, she gets it done right – this is how ARG wants to do things,”  states ARG’s  Chief Experience Officer (CXO) Heather Campbell. “We tapped Kara 2 years ago to stand up our Value Realization process to address one of the gaps in customer expectations which was user adoption. She dove right into the role, running meaningful client engagements alongside her team, gathering client feedback, and continually honing, improving, and documenting ways to create even greater business value.
