Client Bio: A Technical Institute providing certifications and continuing education

Challenge: The client needed to upgrade their testing technology for certification classes. They were using paper and requiring students to fill in bubbles for testing. The testing platform did not allow images or additional context to accompany questions, which was very limiting. The client also wanted to be able to take training courses on the road to make it more accessible and provide more flexible and engaging options for students with internet access available anywhere.

Solution: ARG was able to deliver tablets with mobile device management (MDM) and multi-unit charging stations. The tablets were pre-configured with custom pre-loaded applications and URLs to support the curriculum. All tablets had Wi-Fi connectivity and robust portable 30GB internet access was also provided enabling the client to take the training on the road.

Bottom Line: The client modernized their training and made it more flexible and accessible for students for under $30,000.
