Challenge

Given the large volume of personal and financial information they store and process, the client idenfied a need for additional security resources. The solution provider offers a robust managed detection and response service to protect company data and deliver 24/7 threat detection, prioritization, and investigation, leveraging their existing Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tool and other high-value log sources.
Results
The solution can perform automated threat containment and comes with 24 x 7 x 365 response, including a complete record of actions taken on threats and responses in accordance with a well-defined custom playbook.
