We did it! For the second year in a row, ARG has been selected for The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces list.
The Washington Post partnered with WorkplaceDynamics, an employee-survey firm based in Philadelphia, and asked the employees of nominated companies to evaluate their employers based on 22 questions covering the job, leadership and organizational health. Within each size category, the employers were ranked based solely on employee responses to the survey statements.
The top employers in each size category were then selected as the Top Workplaces in Washington for 2015. In addition to the rankings, they also drew up a list of organizations worthy of special awards based on standout scores for specific survey statements.
Everyone at ARG is incredibly proud to be receiving the Ethics Award in addition to the honor of being selected among the areas top workplaces.
The quote that was featured in the Post sums it up perfectly:
“While the bottom line is very important, the fact that ARG strives to do the right thing every time confirms that I am working at the right company,” wrote one employee at the telecommunications advisory firm. “Ethics do matter.”
This sentiment was echoed by many during our Tuesday breakfast celebration along with the names of the 29 other award recipients who we are happy to count among our clients and business partners.
