I have just returned from my monthly trip from Salt Lake City to Washington DC and wanted to share some highlights of my trip. Throughout the week, I had the opportunity to analyze and present audio and web conferencing solutions to several companies. We met with an IT consulting firm and identified $150K in annual savings while adding the ability to integrate audio conferencing into their Microsoft Skype for Business accounts, company-wide. We met with an insurance company and will be saving them $1.5 million in annual savings, while providing access to web conferencing services for an additional 11,000 employees over and above what they have today. Finally, we met with a political consulting firm and identified $150K in annual savings, while giving access to audio, web and high end video conferencing services. All three of these companies will realize these savings quickly by leveraging our conferencing team to implement services, which can be done in less than two weeks. Overall, with all the appointments that were run during the week, we identified a total of over 2 million dollars in annual savings that will be going back into the DC economy. It certainly feels great to help these customers return some real savings to their bottom lines. I can’t wait for my next trip in April!
