Carissa Seligman is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and spent most of her life in the Washington, DC area. Carissa began her career with Nordstrom in late 2008. Two years with the company provided her with a deep understanding of what good customer service really is, which she still values today. In 2011, she entered the Telecom industry as an account executive for a local service provider. After having great successes in that role, she was promoted to the company’s internal corporate trainer. That position provided Carissa with a lot of knowledge she wanted to share with people outside of her organization. When she was given the opportunity to be a consultant at ARG, it seemed like the perfect fit based on past experience and what she wanted to do moving forward. Carissa looks forward to spending many years with ARG.
