ARG’s picnic was a ton of fun yesterday! The kickball tournament was intense- as the Virtual Ballers dusted the misnamed “Winning Team” in the first game and the Ball Busters easily defeated The Declarations of Independence in the second to advance to the finals. The Virtual Ballers, under the coaching of Cassie Diehl came out strong against Gina Pickett’s Ball Busters and kept the lead to triumph in the final match.
The pie eating contest was a huge draw as Vickie Nguyen, James Flesher, Gina Pickett, Chris Markert, Martin Viegas, and Matt West bellied up to the pie of their choice and competed for most pie eaten in 1 minute. While it was a valiant effort by all, Matt West was the clear winner – and took home a Cheesecake Factory gift card- in case he hadn’t gotten his fill of dessert for the day.
