MCLEAN, VA, June 16, 2023 – ARG, Inc. has been named one of The Washington Post’s 2023 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area. Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. This year’s honorees include government contractors, real estate firms, consulting groups, and tech companies.
“For the past ten years, the Top Workplaces list has been a credible guide to companies, old and new, in the D.C. region where employees feel valued,” said Washington Post Top Workplaces editor Bronwen Latimer. “As a new generation enters the workforce, the Post is more committed than ever to highlighting the changing landscape of work and how these companies are thriving in it.”
“ARG is incredibly proud to receive the prestigious distinction of being named one of The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces for the 9th time. This recognition not only reflects our unwavering dedication to safeguarding our clients from obsolescence but also highlights our strong commitment to fostering a vibrant culture and actively contributing to our community,” stated Steve Praske, President of ARG. “We have cultivated a culture that genuinely cares, and it brings me immense joy to see our employees embrace this spirit. Our remarkable achievements would not have been possible without the exceptional efforts of our hard-working team, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure the success of our clients.”
Sue Messner, Managing Partner and former owner of GNS, ARG’s newest acquisition based in Florida, said, “We’re excited to be a part of ARG’s award-winning culture. Washington Post Top Workplace award simply reaffirms our belief that ARG is the best of the best in the technology space.”
The Washington Post hosted an awards ceremony on Thursday, June 15 to recognize the top-ranked companies. For more about The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces and to see the full list of this year’s honorees, visit here.
