The integration combines ARG’s full-service technology consultancy and brokerage with TeleStrategy’s technology consulting practice and telecommunications managed services practice. The combination enhances the portfolio of expertise for former TeleStrategy clients to include cloud and security consulting and provides ARG a platform for offering the full lifecycle of telecom managed services.
TeleStrategy, founded by Christine Gistaro in 2001, offered a full-service telecom technology consulting with a focus on telecom managed services including provider management, provider selection, provisioning management, trouble resolution, and billing issue resolution. Typically, TeleStrategy’s managed services support improved IT department productivity by over 30%.
