Jim Begley serves as Chief Technology Officer at ARG, where he leads the firm’s Product Specialist team, Analyst team, and AI Enablement team. He provides the technical leadership that ensures ARG clients benefit from innovative, best-of-breed solutions. Under his direction, these teams deliver deep technical expertise, practical solutions, and measurable value across a wide range of technologies. Previously, Jim built and led ARG’s Cloud Services team, establishing it as one of the company’s core offerings. Before joining ARG, he held leadership roles in engineering, operations, product management, and sales across multiple organizations. Jim earned a B.A. in History from George Mason University and an MBA from Mercer University.
