The updated ARG Privacy Notice goes into effect on May 8, 2021.

ARG, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “ARG”, “us”, “we”, “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy while providing you with a positive experience on our website and in using our services.

This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains our privacy practices and provides information on how and why we collect, use and share your personal data from our clients, website visitors, and end-users of our services (collectively “you”, “your”) through our interaction with you and through our products and services and. when you visit our website.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Prospect Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Prospect Information that we collect generally to fulfill any requests placed through the Site. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. Additionally, we use this Prospect Information to communicate with you; when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe to the United States.

SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

We will not rent or sell personal information about you and no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

Your Privacy Rights as a data subject protected by EEA/UK law or as a California Resident

If you are a person located in the EEA/UK or if you are a California resident, you may have broader rights to access and delete your personal information, to object to or restrict processing of your personal information, to correct your personal information, or request portability of your personal information.

- Access: You can request more information about the personal data we hold about you. You can request a copy of the personal data.
- Rectification: If you believe any personal data that we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that we correct or supplement the data. Please contact us at info@myarg.com as soon as possible if you notice any inaccuracy or incompleteness.
- Objection: You can let us know that you object to the collection or use of your personal data for certain purposes.
- Erasure: You can request that we erase some or all your personal data from our systems.
- Restriction of Processing: You can ask us to restrict further processing of your personal data. (This just means you can ask us to stop using it for what we have been using it for.) This may mean that we must delete your account information from our systems.
- Portability: You can ask for a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format. You can also request that we transmit the data to someone elsewhere it’s technically possible.
- Withdrawal of Consent: If you have consented to our use of personal data for a specific purpose, you have the right to change your mind at any time. Any such decision will not affect any processing that has already occurred nor will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance of lawful processing grounds other than consent. Withdrawing your consent may mean our ability to provide services will be limited or suspended. Where you withdraw your consent, but we are using your information because we or a third party (e.g., your employer) have a legitimate interest in doing so, or we have a different legal basis for using your information (for example, fulfilling a contract with you), we may continue to process your information, subject to your rights to access and control your information.
- Right to File Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint about ARG’s practices with respect to your personal data with the supervisory authority of an EU Member State, or the California Attorney General.

Additional Privacy Rights as a California Resident

If you are a California resident and visit our Website solely as a private individual—in other words, not as the member or representative of a company or other organization—you may have the right to receive a free, yearly accounting of:

- Information identifying each third-party company to whom we may have disclosed, within the past year, personal information pertaining to you for our own direct marketing purposes; and
- A description of the categories of personal information disclosed.

You may have the right to know more about the personal information that we have collected, disclosed, or sold, including:

THIRD-PARTY SITES

This Notice does not apply to, nor are we responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or service to which the Website links including but not limited to social media sites. The inclusion of a link on the Website does not imply our endorsement of the linked site or service. You should check the privacy notices of those sites before providing your personal information to them.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

MINORS

ARG does not knowingly provide products or services directly to children under the age of 18, or knowingly collect or solicit personal information from or about children under the age of 18. If you believe that a minor has disclosed personal information to ARG, please contact us at info@myarg.com.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
