With no end to virtual learning in sight, one of the teachers at our school sent out a plea on Facebook for a second monitor. Staff was only given a single laptop and when they were presenting in Teams, they couldn’t see their students. I reached out to the technology coordinator at the school to see how many teachers were in the same boat and ended up getting 14 monitors to the teachers who needed them in just over a week with the help of a go fund me that I set up and sent out so that other parents could help.
Remote learning is hard on everyone it felt great to be able to help make it at least a little bit better!
