As a child, some of my favorite memories were from different camps and summer activities we were fortunate enough to experience. Obviously, when a child or family is homeless, they are forced to focus on different priorities. St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore set up a camp for homeless and underprivileged children in Baltimore. My wife and I were able to sponsor a few children to attend the summer camp. From the pics from the camp, it appears like it was a great time and needed diversion for the children. The ARG Random Acts of Kindness has been an incredible celebration helping us to look for ways to help people around us which hopefully will add joyful childhood memories for the children that were able to attend.
