On my way to my mom’s house, I needed to stop for cash. So I stopped at a gas station I knew had an fee free ATM no matter your bank. When I walked over to the machine, a man was walking away saying “I think it’s broken. Didn’t give me my money.” So, me and the other folks who needed cash just kind of stood there. Eventually I was the “brave” soul who decided to approach the machine that was still making odd sounds. I double checked with those around me to be sure I was the guinea pig…. One gentlemen said “oh well if it doesn’t work. I only need ten bucks.” And what do you know! Not only did the machine work for me, but it gave me all my cash in tens. So, I turned around to the gentleman and said “just in case, here ya go!” His initial response was “no no no” BUT I quickly told him it was actually from my employer who had given me money to do random acts of kindness… and that got him. He accepted the cash and thanked me.
The whole thing felt meant to be. Now I need to see what I can do with my other $11 😊
