The ARG InSITE technology evaluation process is unique in the industry. The InSITE process walks through the business value sought, the team assembled, detailed requirements, and desired outcomes. Alternate approaches are considered, then the entire market of solution providers for the selected approach is evaluated on meeting key requirements, value-added features, and total cost of ownership.

References and contract negotiations are also managed to ensure that the “i”s are dotted and “t”s crossed.

The end result of the InSITE process is a technology strategy that is well-thought-out, inclusive, and meets or exceeds the organization’s overall objectives.

Implementation Support

The ARG Premium package provides for ARG expert project implementation support to ensure a successful service launch and to minimize the investment from your organization as well as a smooth transition. ARG’s Project Experience team minimizes your investment in the implementation project and achieves a superior result than managing your own implementations.

ARG drives the project milestones, ensures all parties are informed of progress, and escalates issues to resolution. After turn-up, ARG manages open items to ensure that the final service is functioning as desired.

Project Success Validation

To ensure that billing is properly established, ARG will conduct a 1st bill validation at your request. Simply send ARG your first invoice and we will audit it against the service agreement, taking into consideration any changes made during the implementation process.

Inventory and Service Asset Tracking

For ARG-provided services, ARG will maintain a current inventory of circuits and other network assets. A comprehensive inventory report will be reviewed with you annually.

Inventory and Cost Analysis

The Premium level of service includes proactive quarterly reviews of your services to ensure they are aligned with the organization’s needs. Annual budgetary reviews and recommendations on cost management, as well as on-demand invoice reviews, provide regular confidence that services are appropriately priced.

Service and Support

ARGenius Premium service provides full client care if your service is not meeting the organization’s needs or you’d like to make a change. Please contact ARG, instead of the provider, 24 hours a day (Contact ARG or call 703-770-2400). ARG will work to meet your need while insulating you and your team as much as possible.

ARG Professional Services

As part of ARGenius Premium service, you have access to 10 hours of professional services. Some clients use ARG professional services to create training, evaluate services, or create new network designs. If you can imagine a need and ARG can support that initiative, you’ll be supported for 10 hours each year. Additional hours are available at an appropriate rate.
