Kristine Barton celebrated her 11th year with ARG in 2014, and in 2015 she’s looking to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) as a key factor in company productivity.
VDI’s are built to be easy to navigate, and contain the ability to front end any infrastructure that lives in the Cloud. Kristine uses an all too familiar example in her presentation of a working father that needs to get a few things completed prior to the end of day, but also wants to be on time for a family dinner. VDI allows a user to leave their office and access their files or partially drafted emails in the comfort of their own home, or on the run via their mobile devices.
Virtual Desktops work on PC, Mac, and Mobile, and are quick on Wi-Fi and 4G networks for pulling key information and files at any time of day while being secure.
