If you are looking for a random act, please consider your local schools. There are many children and families that depend on going to school in order to eat each day. Not just breakfast and lunch, but food is also sent home by these programs to feed other family members. Loudoun County has opened schools for these families to have a place for breakfast and lunch daily. I encourage you to check into your local school districts to contribute where you can. As other schools follow suit with closings, try to grab an extra box or can of something to drop off. You would really be surprised how far a small contribution can go.
My husband is currently returning from Restaurant Depot from a run to do a drop off. His instructions were to fill that truck! 😊
