One of our team members spent time at Children’s National with his sister when he was younger, so the consulting team decided to focus our RAK on them. We reached out and they had some great suggestions on what they could use. We made bags for younger kids with crayons, coloring books, activity books, and puzzles. We also made some for adolescents with- colored pencils, coloring books, word search, sudoku, etc. We also made comfort bags for caregivers (parents or guardians) that include tissues, chapstick, hand sanitizer, and water bottles. We were thrilled to help this great organization and hopefully make life a little brighter for the children and families that they help.
