I was in Cava when two firefighters/EMT walked in. I immediately went to the cashier and said I would cover their meals. I also asked she not tell them who it was from. They had no idea and looked around trying to figure it out. They seemed pretty happy about it but a bit confused. It felt good knowing that I did it but didn’t want to be acknowledged or make them feel weird. As always, great feeling.
