It was great to be able to leverage our community engagement initiative & use a few hours of time to get to the meet and do whatever the coaches needed to get done so that the meet started on time. There were approximately 100+ kids participating in 32 events from long jump, high jump, discus, shot put hurdles,100/200/400M dash, relays (4×400, 4×800), 1600 & 3200 runs. I arrived at 3:45 PM and the meet ended at 9:45 PM!
I loved being out there seeing all these kids put their heart & soul into their events. Thank you, ARG for letting me take some time to participate.
