Steve Kopp

As Chief Growth Officer, Steve leads teams responsible for ARG’s growth and revenue – consulting, managing partners, business development, and acquired-agent integration. Steve is focused on growing and refining ARG's industry-leading consulting methodology, processes, and platform. He was awarded both ARG’s Top Impact and SPIRIT Awards. Before joining ARG, Steve served as Vice President of Channel Sales with Windstream, where he directly supported ARG's growth as a top provider partner. Steve also held multiple consulting and management positions at PAETEC as an early employee helping the company grow organically and through acquisitions. He won PAETEC's top career achievement award, The John V. Budney Award for Excellence. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.
