Jeff Giron joined ARG in 2003 with a background in customer service, carrier process quality control, and project management. During his tenure at ARG, Jeff dedicated himself to enhancing the client services team and eventually moved into engineering before heading up the implementation team where he continues to enhance our client’s experience. His 10+ years of industry experience have helped him become well versed with the day-to-day operations of telecom providers and their processes and is well-positioned to push our customer’s orders to the top of their priority list.
