ARG is seeking a partner experience leader to manage ARG’s Provider Experience Program. The initial goal is to raise $1.5M in market development funds (MDF) from our provider portfolio and work with the executive management team to build the program.
The leader will be responsible for capturing, managing, and utilizing partner data to build a data-driven story for the providers. The goal of the story is to deliver a better experience for our partners and for our clients both pre and post-engagement. To build the program effectively, we must hire a passionate leader to acquire the MDF, which we feel confident in as the business is primed for explosive organic and inorganic growth.
As the lead on partner experience your top priority will be bringing ARG’s Provider Experience Program to life. The program packages ARG has outlined include Regular Engagement with ARG Team; National Public Relations Campaigns; Cobranded Case Studies; Training via Learning Management System (LMS); Leadership Coaching for IT; Regional Roundtables; Client Events & Webinars; Inclusion in ARG’s Insight Guides; Direct Marketing; and Brand Placement.
