The Business Intelligence Specialist role will use data to determine team business planning, metrics analysis, execute consulting initiatives and analyze trends for teams to increase profits and efficiency as well as supply corrective action when metrics fall below 80%. This role will focus on execution of initiatives & providing real time data to leadership & consultants to allow immediate action on a single opportunity or a larger long-term event. In addition to their sales teams this candidate may work directly with product, senior leadership, and the client. Sales operations experience and the ability to move revenue through the pipeline effectively is essential. The BI role will coordinate operationally with the Consulting Coordinator to facilitate some of the functional needs of the team and help maintain and increase organizational compliance. This role will be skilled at identifying pain points and providing awareness to the Senior Consultant with the goal of long-term team success.
The ideal candidate will be a professional who is organized, strategic, able to move between and prioritize multiple projects, able to identify gaps and can use technology to provide historical, current, and predictive views of the team’s business.
