Heather Campbell

Senior Vice President

Heather has worked just about every position at the company from new client acquisition through project management to client services during her 18 years with ARG.
Heather leads ARG’s Consulting and Operations Teams – bringing her knowledge of carrier networks, transport technologies, contracts, billing, carrier support and effective escalations to bear every day in ensuring that our clients experience the full benefit of ARG services as they work with our teams.  She works with her teams to consistently deliver cost effective solutions to our clients that ensure network stability and  that ARG’s clients experience our world class customer service.   In addition to her responsibility to our clients, she is also responsible for helping ARG maintain and propagate the corporate culture and environment that helped ARG become a Washington Post Top Workplace.

Jeff Giron

Director of Implementation

Jeff Giron joined ARG in 2003 with a background in customer service, carrier process quality control and project management.
During his tenure at ARG, Jeff dedicated himself to enhancing the client services team and eventually moved into engineering before heading up the implementation team where he continues to enhance our client’s experience.
His 10+ years of industry experience have helped him become well versed with the day to day operations of telecom providers and their processes and is well positioned to push our customer’s orders to the top of their priority list.


Steve Grimsley

Director of Client Services

Steve Grimsley joined ARG in 2002 with experience in the field at companies including Blue Ridge/Eclipse, TSM/NEC & Net2000 spanning PBX and facilities implementation and project management. Steve’s responsibilities have run the gamut from technical consulting, compilation & execution as well as engineering support for carrier and vendor technicians.

Today Steve brings his considerable customer services skills and expertise in trouble shooting to head up our Client Services team, ensuring that each customer issue is supported with the highest level of attention to detail and respect for our clients needs.


Jeff Jackson

General Manager, Baltimore Region

Jeff is a 20 + year telecom industry veteran. Prior to his current role of heading up the Baltimore Region office for ARG, Jeff was the co-founder and COO of Paladin Solutions Group. Jeff was instrumental in growing that business until Paladin and ARG merged companies in 2005. His extensive background in Sales, Sales Support, Technical Support, Implementation, Customer Training, and office operations within the telecom industry make him perfectly suited to lead our efforts in expanding the ARG brand into the Baltimore region.

Erica Lord

Director of Marketing

Erica joined ARG in 2004 with a background spanning telecom provisioning, project management, carrier sales, and account management. She is currently heading up our marketing efforts, where she hopes to educate our clients and prospects  about the full suite of services offered by ARG.

Patrick McGugan

Director of Business Management Services

Patrick has been engaged with business process management in the telecommunications industry since 1992. Most recently, Patrick has had program management responsibilities for large scale commercial and government telecommunications software programs. Patrick’s experiences are a natural fit with ARG’s mission to add value by focusing on business process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Patrick has led product development efforts for Pricing, Expense Management and Process Automation applications. In addition to his Business Administration experiences, Patrick received certification in Project Management from Boston University in 2007 and he has project managed large scale implementations of software applications for both enterprise and government clients since 2000.

Steve Murphy

Vice President

Steve has worked in several aspects of the telecom industry for over 15 years. Steve’s background includes product development and management, marketing, sales and consulting. With an earlier background in finance, Steve brings a broad perspective to clients as they evaluate multiple alternatives.

Steve’s responsibilities include operational support designed around ARG’s value proposition – evaluating and implementing different approaches to deliver an ever higher level of consultative service to ARG clients. He seeks to ensure clients receive best in market solutions by coordinating larger projects and non-standard activities. He also acts as an internal consult within ARG, assisting leaders in implementing their strategies and achieving their objectives.

Kara Sordi-Semon

Account Management Director

Kara joined ARG in January 2014 as the Director of Account Management.  Kara has worked in the technology field since 1995.  She is an excellent relationship manager and is adept at managing cross-functional teams.  Kara has a rich history at ARG, leading our technical team, customer support, and now the client relationship management team.  Kara’s passion for cultivating strong relationships with clients and commitment to ARG’s core values allows her to manage client expectations and lead a team to provide exceptional service.  Kara is someone who brings a positive energy to the team and will do what it takes to get the job done for our clients and for ARG.

Meredith Vines

Consulting Services Director

In telecommunications since 1996 Meredith joined ARG in 2002 as a project manager.  After supporting our customers for years in this role, Meredith moved into an enterprise account management role- supporting our largest clients.  In 2007 Meredith transitioned to consulting, where she excelled for 5 years before joining the management team.

Today, Meredith leads ARG’s team of consultants to deliver tremendous value to our clients and prospects.  Meredith’s experience in technology and her drive for excellence ensures that her team remains service driven and customer focused.
