Enterprise Account Manager Position Overview
ARG seeks a self-motivated, independent, and highly driven Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to support key clients. The role of the EAM is to build a superior client relationship via trust with key ARG clients. This position focuses on driving exceptional customer service while protecting key accounts from obsoletion through education, selection, and deployment of new technologies. To be successful, the role requires great attention to detail and a commitment to building mutually beneficial, multi-point customer relationships. The expectation for this role is a highly advanced understanding in effective client management and relationship building in addition to developing compelling technology solutions for clients leveraging the ARG portfolio. The role requires providing ongoing support and management of the accounts from implementation throughout the life of their contracts.
