    Director, Partner Experience Position Overview

    ARG is seeking a partner experience leader to manage ARG’s Provider Experience Program. The initial goal is to raise $1.5M in market development funds (MDF) from our provider portfolio and work with the executive management team to build out the program.

    The leader will be responsible for capturing, managing, and utilizing partner data to build a data-driven story for the providers. The goal of the story is to deliver a better experience for the partners and for our clients both pre and post-engagement. To build the program effectively, we must hire a passionate leader to acquire the MDF, which we feel confident in as the business is primed for explosive organic and inorganic growth.

    As ARG’s Director, Partner Experience your top priority will be bringing ARG’s Provider Experience Program to life. The program packages ARG has outlined include Regular Engagement with ARG Team; National Public Relations Campaigns; Cobranded Case Studies; Training via Learning Management System (LMS); Leadership Coaching for IT; Regional Roundtables; Client Events & Webinars; Inclusion in ARG’s Insight Guides; Bucket List Events; Direct Marketing; and Brand Placement.

    Critical Functions

      • Facilitate and maintain relationships with ARG’s strategic provider partners through regular meetings and documented feedback
      • Work with management to identify the right systems to track and manage the data for easy reporting
      • Assess and pursue new partnership opportunities with providers we are selling
      • Drive the ideation, development, and implementation of MDF activities
      • Manage MDF budget and report key metrics on program use and ROI to justify marketing spend internally
      • Deliver real-time and relevant status to partners to demonstrate program value
      • Plan, schedule, and manage in-market events, communication, and messaging with partners
      • Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders on invites and presentations

    Qualifications

      • Must live in the DC-Metro area
      • BA/BS degree
      • 7-10 years of related experience (e.g., strategic partnerships, business development, program management, etc.)
      • Strong technical knowledge of sales and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Eventbrite, etc.
      • High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment while getting down in the weeds to get the job done
      • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop working relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, both internally and externally, at all levels of management
      • Ability to manage a variety of projects and work cross-functionally across several teams and business partners (internal and external)
      • Outstanding written communication and presentation skills
      • Budgeting and contract management experience
      • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
      • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
      • Commitment to quality and attention to detail
