1. The gift of time: When you have an issue simply make one to ARG Client Services (703-770-2407) and we’ll take care of the rest. We will reach out to the carrier to open and track a ticket until resolution. If escalation is needed ARG will manage that process as well. You will be updated as often as you would like -- hourly, only when there is meaningful progress, or once the issue is resolved -- and in the method you prefer. 2. The gift of understanding: When a carrier fixes an issue, they may or may not tell you what happened, and they will often use technical jargon: “A defective HTUC was replaced and a bridge tap along the span was removed.” What does that even mean? ARG Client Services will take the time to explain what the issue was, how it was resolved in language that makes sense and what can be done to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
3. The gift on consistency: When you call ARG Client Services you’ll always reach the same dedicated team that you’ve worked with in the past. Our ticketing system provides instant access to all past issues so we have an awareness of previous problems to help pick up on repeat issues.
