As the director of solutions engineering, Kristine is responsible for creating the very best technical solutions to meet ARG’s clients’ requirements. From hosting services to MPLS QOS configurations Kristine uses her vast industry knowledge to tailor a solution that meets each client’s needs while respecting their budget and ensuring a high level of support for both pre and post sales engineering requirements.
Kristine’s breadth of experience as a UUNet backbone engineer is complemented by her thirst for knowledge and continual efforts staying up to date on the latest product offerings in the market.

Heather has worked just about every position at the company from new client acquisition through project management to client services during her 18 years with ARG.
Heather leads ARG’s Consulting and Operations Teams – bringing her knowledge of carrier networks, transport technologies, contracts, billing, carrier support and effective escalations to bear every day in ensuring that our clients experience the full benefit of ARG services as they work with our teams. She works with her teams to consistently deliver cost effective solutions to our clients that ensure network stability and that ARG’s clients experience our world class customer service. In addition to her responsibility to our clients, she is also responsible for helping ARG maintain and propagate the corporate culture and environment that helped ARG become a Washington Post Top Workplace.
Jeff Giron joined ARG in 2003 with a background in customer service, carrier process quality control and project management.
During his tenure at ARG he dedicated himself to enhancing the client services team and eventually moved into the Voice and Data Engineering department before heading up the implementation team where he continues to enhance our client’s experience.
His 10+ years of industry experience have helped him become well versed with the day to day operations of telecom providers and their processes and is well positioned to push our customer’s orders to the top of their priority list.
Director, Client Services
Steve Grimsley joined ARG in 2002 with experience in the field at companies including Blue Ridge/Eclipse, TSM/NEC & Net2000 spanning PBX and facilities implementation and project management. Steve’s responsibilities have run the gamut from technical consulting, compilation & execution as well as engineering support for carrier and vendor technicians.
Today Steve brings his considerable customer services skills and expertise in trouble shooting to head up our Client Services team, ensuring that each customer issue is supported with the highest level of attention to detail and respect for our clients needs.
With over 30 years of telecom experience, Kathy joined ARG in 2001 as Director of Consulting Services. Record-breaking sales accomplishments, special projects and new service initiatives were the result. In her current role, Kathy drives business process management, promoting business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with technology, all aligned with our clients’ needs.
She is currently involved in the development of a new tool that will allow ARG to deliver an extraordinary experience to every client.
General Manager – Baltimore Region
Jeff is a 20-year telecom industry veteran. Prior to his current role of heading up the Baltimore Region office for ARG, Jeff was the co-founder and COO of Paladin Solutions Group. Jeff was instrumental in growing that business until Paladin and ARG merged companies in 2005. His extensive background in Sales, Sales Support, Technical Support, Implementation, Customer Training, and office operations within the telecom industry make him perfectly suited to lead our efforts in expanding the ARG brand into the Baltimore region.
Director, Business Development
Erica joined ARG in 2004 with a background spanning telecom provisioning, project management and account management. She is currently heading up our business development efforts, where she hopes to educate our clients and prospects about the full suite of services offered by ARG and introduce more companies to the support and value offered by ARG.
Her 16 years of telecom experience give her a wealth of information which helps support our customers and business partners and to direct your inquiries to the best place for resolution. Director, Business Management Services
Patrick has been engaged with business process management in the telecommunications industry since 1992. Most recently, Patrick has had program management responsibilities for large scale commercial and government telecommunications software programs. Patrick’s experiences are a natural fit with ARG’s mission to add value by focusing on business process improvements and cost efficiencies.
Patrick has led product development efforts for Pricing, Expense Management and Process Automation applications. In addition to his Business Administration experiences, Patrick received certification in Project Management from Boston University in 2007 and he has project managed large scale implementations of software applications for both enterprise and government clients since 2000.
Steve has worked in several aspects of the telecom industry for over 15 years. Steve’s background includes product development and management, marketing, sales and consulting. With an earlier background in finance, Steve brings a broad perspective to clients as they evaluate multiple alternatives.
Steve’s responsibilities include operational support designed around ARG’s value proposition – evaluating and implementing different approaches to deliver an ever higher level of consultative service to ARG clients. He seeks to ensure clients receive best in market solutions by coordinating larger projects and non-standard activities. He also acts as an internal consult within ARG, assisting leaders in implementing their strategies and achieving their objectives.
Director, Consulting Services
In telecommunications since 1996 Meredith joined ARG in 2002 as a project manager. After supporting our customers for years in this role, Meredith joined ARG’s account management team in 2004 as an enterprise account manager- supporting our largest clients. In 2007 Meredith transitioned to a consultant role, where she excelled for 5 years before joining the management team.
Today, Meredith leads ARG’s team of consultants to foster the acquisition of new clients as well as maintaining and enhancing existing relationships. Meredith’s experience in telecom and strong commitment to ARG’s Core Values ensure that her team remains service driven and customer focused.
During the recent troubles that we’ve been trying to isolate, you’ve been able to escalate our troubles to the top levels within Verizon and Paetec. You’ve come on site several times with test equipment to work and test head to head with the carriers, and the PBX vendor. This is invaluable to us as a service. .. To sum it up, you do a great job of helping to keep the vendors on their toes…
Certain components of our communication technology are somewhat non-standard, and at times if we experience an issue, it may not be readily apparent what the source of the trouble is. The responsiveness of our technical support team at ARG has been nothing less than outstanding. With one quick call or email they are working with our carrier on researching the matter and providing timely updates. In addition, they always make sure we know what to expect, and they follow through to resolution. A huge plus is that we are relieved of back and forth calling to vendors, waiting on hold, trying to understand technical jargon, etc. Even with questions or low-priority matters our contacts at ARG are extremely responsive and happy to assist.
At ARG, the supportive staff knew immediately how to properly escalate my calls, and always route me to the appropriate technician or consultant. They communicate with the vendors directly and ARG is able to do testing and isolate the problems and quickly arrive at solutions.
I want to pass along my heartfelt thanks for the support from ARG today. Our Waldorf office went off line yesterday. I was contacted by Windstream but expected my managed service provider to contact me as well and take the lead. They didn’t and I started working with Windstream today. It’s a router problem. When I started getting frustrated with the lack of progress I called into ARG’s support line. Joe answered the call and proceeded to take the whole issue off my hands. He kept me updated all afternoon and has helped to get someone onsite. I couldn’t keep someone onsite until 6:30 pm tonight to meet the tech so he made arrangements for them to arrive at 8:00 am tomorrow morning so we can be up and running (hopefully) when the office opens on 9:00 am. I know I will arrive at the office tomorrow morning and find an update from Joe waiting for me.
I know this is standard operating procedure for ARG but I wanted you to know and Steve to know on Joe’s behalf, what a pleasure it is working with your group.
While dealing with vendors, it’s always nice to have ARG’s experience on our side…Quite simply, ARG has never let us down. If you are ever looking for a client that will provide good references to new prospects, please consider us.

We rely on ARG for their consistent support of our call center operations. They have consistently demonstrated superb customer service. They help to explain the system to new users, and they troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently. My company recently acquired a small Independent Insurance Agency in Annapolis, Maryland.
